How Liners are Fabricated

Fabricated Liners start as rolls of plastic called roll stock. The roll stock is unrolled and seamed together at the edges in a controlled factory environment. The number of roll stock pieces seamed together determines the width of the liner. Any length is possible, as long as the liner doesn't become too heavy to pick up with a forklift. The seams can be made using radio frequency welds, heat welds or solvent cement welds, depending on the type of pastic being welded. The completed panels are folded onto pallets for shipment to the jobsite.
